Dr Forester completed her medical studies at The University of Auckland and her Resident Training in Rotorua.
Dr Forester then moved to Edinburgh for a year working in Orthopaedics. It was at this point that she decided to specialise in Anaesthesia.
After returning to New Zealand to complete her Anaesthetic training at The University of Waikato, Christchurch, Dr Forester then moved to Newcastle, Australia to start her Fellowship.
She's been here ever since.

Outside of the theatre, Dr Forester’s interests are snow skiing, Pilates and yoga.
