NAPS provides administrative, booking and billing support services for a group of independent anaesthetists. We may collect personal and health information needed to assist with patient enquiries, bookings, billing, claims and related administrative services.

This may include your name, contact details, Medicare details, health fund or DVA information, relevant medical information, and details provided by you, your treating doctor, hospital or other healthcare providers.

We use this information to support patient care, communicate with patients and healthcare providers, process claims and payments, and meet our legal and administrative obligations.

Personal information may be disclosed to treating healthcare providers, hospitals, Medicare, private health funds, DVA, service providers or government/regulatory bodies where required or permitted by law.
