Experience

Following three years of physician training, Greg travelled to Britain to commence postgraduate studies in anaesthesia gaining the Diploma of Anaesthetics from the Royal College of Anaesthetists.

Returning to Australia, he completed his specialist training in Anaesthesia (FANZCA) at John Hunter Hospital in 1996, becoming a Visiting Medical Officer in the private & public hospital system.

Greg has more than 20 years subspecialty experience in neuroanaesthesia, major colorectal anaesthesia, anaesthesia for cataract surgery & perioperative medicine.

He is a founding member of Newcastle Anaesthesia & Perioperative Service (NAPS) and its first Executive Officer.
