In most situations your account will be sent directly to you. The payment of this account remains your responsibility. Unfortunately Medicare & health fund rebates have not kept pace with the rising costs of medical practice, especially medical indemnity insurance. There is sometimes a gap to be paid. Because fees for anaesthesia are time based, we can only provide you with an estimate of the cost involved. Payment can be made using BPay (details on invoice issued); VISA or Mastercard over the phone; or in person at our rooms using cash or credit card.

Following the procedure, an itemised account and formal receipt will be sent to you. You may be able to claim back from Medicare & your health fund. If you are paying the out of pocket only you will be unable to claim anything further.
Please note: You are responsible for payment of your account therefore we encourage you to contact your health fund to confirm your health cover for this procedure.

If you have any questions, please contact our office on 02 4935 9300 or email [email protected]
